Order & Return – Medically Prepped
At Medically Prepped, customer satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Please review our order and return policy to better understand how we handle purchases, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Policy
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately. For this reason, we may be unable to accommodate order changes or cancellations after confirmation. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
2. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and health-related products, we are only able to accept returns under very limited circumstances. Items may only be returned if:
- They are incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival
- The product remains sealed, unused, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item
We are unable to accept returns on any opened or used items, or on products marked as non-returnable.
3. How to Request a Return
If you believe you are eligible for a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number, a clear explanation of the issue, and photos (if applicable)
- Await return authorization and further instructions from our support team
All returns must be approved prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different product, please place a new order once your return has been approved and processed.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons. These include, but are not limited to:
- Opened medication or supplements
- Personal care items
- Medical devices with broken seals
