Clofert 50 mg treats ovulatory dysfunction in women who want to conceive. It is indicated only in patients who meet the following conditions: – Women who are pregnant – Women without ovarian cysts. Clomiphene should not be given to women with enlarged ovaries except those with polycystic ovary syndrome. – Women without abnormal vaginal bleeding. In active vaginal bleeding, the women should be checked for neoplastic lesions. – Women with normal liver function It contains the active constituent Clomiphene citrate, an orally administered, nonsteroidal, ovulatory stimulant.
