Clofert 50 mg treats ovulatory dysfunction in women who want to conceive. It is indicated only in patients who meet the following conditions: – Women who are pregnant – Women without ovarian cysts. Clomiphene should not be given to women with enlarged ovaries except those with polycystic ovary syndrome. – Women without abnormal vaginal bleeding. In active vaginal bleeding, the women should be checked for neoplastic lesions. – Women with normal liver function It contains the active constituent Clomiphene citrate, an orally administered, nonsteroidal, ovulatory stimulant. Patients who are more likely to achieve success with Clofert 50 mg include patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and certain forms of amenorrhea.
