- Take it once a week (70 mg), on the same day each week, first thing in the morning.
- Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of plain water (not mineral water, tea, coffee or juice).
- Stay upright (sitting or standing) and do not eat, drink or take other medicines for at least 30 minutes.
- Do not take it at bedtime or before getting up.
If you miss a dose: If you miss your weekly dose, take it the next morning. Then go back to your usual day. Never take two tablets on the same day.
If you use too much: Contact your doctor, a poison control centre or your local emergency number straight away, even if you feel fine. Take the pack with you.
How to store it: Keep it in its original pack at room temperature (below 25°C / 77°F), away from heat, damp and direct sunlight. Do not use it after the expiry date.
