Asthma Package

Read these points before you start. If any of them apply to you, talk to your doctor or pharmacist first.

• Every medicine in this package is a prescription medicine. Only use each one for a condition that a doctor has diagnosed, at the dose they tell you.
• Read the full information for each individual medicine before use, including its warnings, side effects and interactions.
• Tell your doctor or pharmacist about every medicine, vitamin and supplement you take, as some of these medicines interact with each other and with other medicines.
• Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have allergies, or have liver, kidney or heart problems.
• Check the expiry date of each item regularly and replace them when needed. Store everything as each label says.
• Having medicines at home is not a replacement for medical care. In an emergency, always call your local emergency number.
• Always carry your reliever inhaler. If it does not help during an attack, call an emergency number.
• Rinse your mouth after using Symbicort to prevent thrush.
• Tell your doctor if you have glaucoma or trouble passing urine before using Spiriva.
• Montelukast can rarely cause mood changes. Stop and tell your doctor if you notice any.
• Tell your doctor or pharmacist about every other medicine, vitamin or herbal product you use.
• Keep this product out of the reach and sight of children.
