It also effectively reduces the risk of clots in individuals who have had knee or hip replacement surgeries. Rpigat contains the active ingredient Rivaroxaban, an anticoagulant or blood thinner. It stops the clotting factor called factor Xa from working. This helps to prevent the formation of blood clots in the body.
