Super P-Force Oral Jelly combines two medicines in one tablet: sildenafil and dapoxetine. It is for men who have both erectile dysfunction (trouble getting or keeping an erection) and premature ejaculation (coming too soon).

Sildenafil is the active ingredient in Viagra. Dapoxetine is a fast-acting medicine that helps delay ejaculation. Taking them together can help a man get a firmer erection and last longer during sex.

This version is a soft, flavoured jelly in a small sachet. It is easy to swallow without water.

What is it used for?

Erectile dysfunction together with premature ejaculation in adult men

How does it work?

Sildenafil blocks a natural chemical called PDE5, so blood flows into the penis more easily when you are aroused. Dapoxetine quickly raises the brain chemical serotonin, which helps delay ejaculation. Both work for a few hours.

This information is written in simple words to help you understand this product. It does not replace advice from your doctor or pharmacist.

Read these points before you start. If any of them apply to you, talk to your doctor or pharmacist first.

Never take it if you use a nitrate medicine for chest pain (such as nitroglycerin/GTN spray or isosorbide) or recreational "poppers" (amyl nitrite). Together they can make your blood pressure drop to a dangerous level.
Do not take it if you use riociguat, a medicine for high blood pressure in the lungs.
Check with your doctor first if you have heart disease, have been told to avoid sex because of your heart, or had a heart attack or stroke in the last 6 months.
Tell your doctor if you have very low or uncontrolled high blood pressure, or liver or kidney problems.
Tell your doctor if you have an eye disease such as retinitis pigmentosa, or have ever suddenly lost sight in one eye.
Tell your doctor if your penis has an unusual shape (for example Peyronie's disease) or you have a condition that can cause long erections, such as sickle cell anaemia, leukaemia or multiple myeloma.
Tell your doctor if you have a bleeding problem or an active stomach ulcer.
Some medicines can raise the amount of this medicine in your blood, such as ritonavir and other HIV medicines, ketoconazole, itraconazole, clarithromycin and erythromycin. Alpha-blockers (for example doxazosin or tamsulosin) can make your blood pressure drop more.
Do not drink lots of alcohol or grapefruit juice with it. They can raise side effects like dizziness and low blood pressure.
It does not protect against pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections.
This product also contains dapoxetine. Do not take it with antidepressants (SSRIs, SNRIs, tricyclics or MAOIs), lithium, tramadol, triptans for migraine or St John's wort, because this could cause serotonin syndrome.
Do not take it if you have heart failure or serious heart rhythm problems, or if you have fainted often in the past.
Do not take it if you have moderate or severe liver problems.
Tell your doctor if you have ever had depression, mania, bipolar disorder or epilepsy.
It is only for men aged 18 to 64.
Avoid alcohol. With this medicine it greatly increases the chance of dizziness and fainting.
Combination tablets like this are not approved in the USA or UK. Talk to your doctor before using it.
Tell your doctor or pharmacist about every other medicine, vitamin or herbal product you use.
Keep this product out of the reach and sight of children.

Like all medicines, Super P-Force Oral Jelly can cause side effects, but not everybody gets them.

Common side effects

Headache
Flushing (your face feels warm and looks red)
Stuffy or runny nose
Indigestion or upset stomach
Feeling dizzy
Feeling sick (nausea)
Diarrhoea or trouble sleeping

These are usually mild and often get better as your body gets used to it. Tell your doctor if they bother you or do not go away.

Stop using it and get medical help straight away if you notice:

An erection that lasts longer than 4 hours (this can damage the penis if it is not treated quickly)
Sudden loss or dimming of sight in one or both eyes
Sudden loss of hearing, or ringing in the ears with dizziness
Chest pain, fainting or an uneven heartbeat during or after sex
Signs of an allergic reaction, such as swelling of the face, lips or tongue, a bad rash, or trouble breathing
Fainting or feeling like you are going to faint
A fit (seizure), or sudden mood changes or thoughts of self-harm

This is not a complete list. If you notice anything unusual, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Take one sachet about 30 minutes to 1 hour before sex.
Tear open the sachet and squeeze all of the jelly onto a spoon or straight into your mouth, then swallow. Drink a full glass of water afterwards to help prevent fainting.
Avoid a big or fatty meal just before.
Never take more than one sachet in 24 hours.

If you miss a dose: You only take this medicine when you need it, so you cannot really miss a dose. Never take two doses in one day.

If you use too much: Contact your doctor, a poison control centre or your local emergency number straight away, even if you feel fine. Take the pack with you.

How to store it: Keep the sachets in the box below 25°C (77°F), away from heat and sunlight. Do not use a sachet that is torn or swollen, or after the expiry date.

Will Super P-Force Oral Jelly give me an erection without being turned on?: No. It only helps your body respond when you are sexually excited. Without arousal, nothing will happen.
Can I drink alcohol with Super P-Force Oral Jelly?: A small drink is usually fine, but a lot of alcohol makes erections harder to get and raises the chance of dizziness and low blood pressure.
Is Super P-Force Oral Jelly addictive?: No. It is not habit-forming. You can stop using it at any time.
Why does Super P-Force Oral Jelly have two medicines in it?: One medicine helps with erections and the other (dapoxetine) helps delay ejaculation. The combination is for men who have both problems.
