Veltam F 0.4 mg 5 mg

Veltam 0.4 mg + 5 mg tablet is an Alpha-blocker in combination (i.e. Tamsulosin 0.4 mg + Finasteride 5 mg) prescription based medicine, which is used in men to eases the enlarged muscles of an affected area. It decreases the urine outflow resistance due to an enlarged prostate gland. This medication helps to ease out the BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia) symptoms due to which it becomes difficult to pass urination or increases the need to urinate more frequent in odd times. Veltam 0.4 mg tablets are for men only not for women and children. This medicine should be used with caution as it may lower the BP level. Patients who have a history of allergy to Tamsulosin are advised to not to take this medicine. Tamsulosin and finasteride combination drug and sold under the name of Veltam-F. This medicine is anti-androgenic and is used for the treatment of BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia).
