It is effective in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in which the flow of air to the lungs is blocked. Duolin is a combination drug containing two active ingredients Levosalbutamol and Ipratropium to relieve bronchospasm associated with constructive airways diseases. Both the drugs induce different mechanism of actions, reduces symptoms to a greater extent than provided by a single drug formulation. It increases air flow to the lungs reliving symptoms associated with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder.
