- Take it twice a day, with breakfast and the evening meal (or once a day with breakfast for extended-release).
- The usual starting dose is 4 mg twice a day for 4 weeks, then 8 mg twice a day, up to 12 mg twice a day.
- Swallow the tablet with water.
If you miss a dose: Skip the missed dose and take the next one at the normal time. Never take two doses at once. If you miss several days, ask your doctor before restarting.
If you use too much: Contact your doctor, a poison control centre or your local emergency number straight away, even if you feel fine. Take the pack with you.
How to store it: Keep it in its original pack at room temperature (below 25°C / 77°F), away from heat, damp and direct sunlight. Do not use it after the expiry date.
