Kamagra Polo contains Sildenafil.

Sildenafil is a medicine for men who have erectile dysfunction (ED). ED means it is hard to get an erection, or to keep it firm enough for sex. It is very common, especially as men get older, and it can be treated.

Sildenafil is the same active ingredient that is in the well-known brand Viagra. It usually starts working in 30 to 60 minutes and helps for about 4 to 5 hours.

This version is a soft, flavoured tablet that you chew. It is handy for men who find it hard to swallow tablets, and you do not need water to take it.

What is it used for?

Erectile dysfunction (trouble getting or keeping an erection) in adult men

How does it work?

When a man is sexually excited, extra blood flows into the penis to make it hard. A natural chemical in the body called PDE5 slowly stops this. Sildenafil blocks PDE5 for a few hours, so blood can flow in more easily and the erection lasts. It only works when you are aroused.

Read these points before you start. If any of them apply to you, talk to your doctor or pharmacist first.

Never take it if you use a nitrate medicine for chest pain (such as nitroglycerin/GTN spray or isosorbide) or recreational "poppers" (amyl nitrite). Together they can make your blood pressure drop to a dangerous level.
Do not take it if you use riociguat, a medicine for high blood pressure in the lungs.
Check with your doctor first if you have heart disease, have been told to avoid sex because of your heart, or had a heart attack or stroke in the last 6 months.
Tell your doctor if you have very low or uncontrolled high blood pressure, or liver or kidney problems.
Tell your doctor if you have an eye disease such as retinitis pigmentosa, or have ever suddenly lost sight in one eye.
Tell your doctor if your penis has an unusual shape (for example Peyronie's disease) or you have a condition that can cause long erections, such as sickle cell anaemia, leukaemia or multiple myeloma.
Tell your doctor if you have a bleeding problem or an active stomach ulcer.
Some medicines can raise the amount of this medicine in your blood, such as ritonavir and other HIV medicines, ketoconazole, itraconazole, clarithromycin and erythromycin. Alpha-blockers (for example doxazosin or tamsulosin) can make your blood pressure drop more.
Do not drink lots of alcohol or grapefruit juice with it. They can raise side effects like dizziness and low blood pressure.
It does not protect against pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections.
It is only for adult men aged 18 and over. It is not for women or children.
The usual highest dose in most countries is 100 mg a day. Some strengths sold (for example 120 mg to 200 mg) are higher than this. Only take a higher strength if a doctor has told you it is right for you.
Tell your doctor or pharmacist about every other medicine, vitamin or herbal product you use.
Keep this product out of the reach and sight of children.

Like all medicines, Kamagra Polo can cause side effects, but not everybody gets them.

Common side effects

Headache
Flushing (your face feels warm and looks red)
Stuffy or runny nose
Indigestion or upset stomach
Feeling dizzy

These are usually mild and often get better as your body gets used to it. Tell your doctor if they bother you or do not go away.

Stop using it and get medical help straight away if you notice:

An erection that lasts longer than 4 hours (this can damage the penis if it is not treated quickly)
Sudden loss or dimming of sight in one or both eyes
Sudden loss of hearing, or ringing in the ears with dizziness
Chest pain, fainting or an uneven heartbeat during or after sex
Signs of an allergic reaction, such as swelling of the face, lips or tongue, a bad rash, or trouble breathing

Take one tablet about 15 to 30 minutes before sex.
Chew the tablet well and then swallow. You can have a drink of water afterwards if you like.
It may work more quickly if you have not just eaten a big or fatty meal.
Never take more than one tablet in 24 hours.

If you miss a dose: You only take this medicine when you need it, so you cannot really miss a dose. Never take two doses in one day to make up.

If you use too much: Contact your doctor, a poison control centre or your local emergency number straight away, even if you feel fine. Take the pack with you.

How to store it: Keep it in its original pack at room temperature (below 25°C / 77°F), away from heat, damp and direct sunlight. Do not use it after the expiry date.

Will Kamagra Polo give me an erection without being turned on?: No. It only helps your body respond when you are sexually excited. Without arousal, nothing will happen.
Can I drink alcohol with Kamagra Polo?: A small drink is usually fine, but a lot of alcohol makes erections harder to get and raises the chance of dizziness and low blood pressure.
Is Kamagra Polo addictive?: No. It is not habit-forming. You can stop using it at any time.
How long does Kamagra Polo work for?: It usually helps for about 4 to 5 hours after you take it. This does not mean you will have an erection the whole time. It means you can get an erection more easily when you are aroused during that time.
Can I take Kamagra Polo after eating?: Yes, but a heavy or fatty meal can make it start working later. For the quickest effect, take it on an empty stomach or after a light meal.
