- Take it on an empty stomach, about 2 to 3 hours before or after a meal. Bedtime, after emptying your bladder, is a good time.
- Pour all of the granules from one sachet into half a glass of cold water.
- Stir until dissolved, then drink it straight away.
- One sachet (3 g) is usually the whole treatment. Do not take a second dose unless your doctor tells you to.
If you miss a dose: It is usually a single dose, so this does not apply. If you forget to take it, take it as soon as you remember.
If you use too much: Contact your doctor, a poison control centre or your local emergency number straight away, even if you feel fine. Take the pack with you.
How to store it: Keep it in its original pack at room temperature (below 25°C / 77°F), away from heat, damp and direct sunlight. Do not use it after the expiry date.
