Trental contains Pentoxifylline.
Pentoxifylline is a medicine that improves blood flow. It is used for leg pain on walking caused by poor circulation (intermittent claudication), and sometimes to help leg ulcers heal.
What is it used for?
- Leg pain when walking due to poor circulation
- Helping some venous leg ulcers heal
How does it work?
Pentoxifylline makes red blood cells more flexible and the blood a little thinner. This helps blood squeeze through narrow vessels more easily.

I did not have to hunt around, the item was listed right where I expected. Honestly, the total I saw at checkout was the total I paid. The seals were intact and everything looked fresh. Nothing negative to say, it was a good one.
