Lamisil contains Terbinafine.
Terbinafine is an antifungal medicine. As tablets, it is mainly used for fungal nail infections and stubborn fungal skin infections such as ringworm and athlete's foot.
Nail infections take a long time to clear because nails grow slowly. You may need tablets for 6 weeks (fingernails) to 12 weeks (toenails), and it can take months for the new healthy nail to grow out.
